Bausch & Lomb is one of the global leaders in the contact lens industry. As part of our collaboration with the brand, we developed and implemented a promotional campaign for ReNu® Advanced lens solution – an advanced formula created for contact lens users looking for excellent cleanliness and comfort.
Our goal was to reach contact lens users who value hygiene and care about regulatory compliance, but are also looking for innovation. The key element was creating an experience that not only guaranteed top-quality service but also convinced users of the advantages of ReNu® Advanced solution.
A crucial element of the campaign was the opportunity to receive a free product sample. We designed a landing page with a form that enabled fast registration and consent for product shipment.
We ensured an efficient process – from database management to order processing and shipping. The campaign was supported by digital advertising and banner materials informing about the promotion.
After users tested the product, we sent them engaging emails that reminded them about the product’s benefits while also encouraging them to share their experiences.
To further engage participants, we invited them to join a contest where they had to answer the question: “Why is ReNu Advanced the best solution for clean lenses?” The most creative answers won gift cards worth up to 100 zł.
The number of submissions exceeded our expectations. User feedback not only confirmed the effectiveness and comfort of the product but also provided valuable data for further marketing efforts.
