For several years we’ve been the head advertising agency for Work Service – the largest HR firm in this part of Europe. In 2018 we moved to a new level by taking on their social media activities.
Early social media efforts were led by an internal Work Service team. We were tasked with creating a comprehensive social media strategy which would strengthen the existing profile and provide more engaging content.
We were able to move the social media content closer to the target group by creating communications based on insights and by engaging in real time marketing. Our posts are interesting, educational and connected to the most important current events on the Polish labor market.
Creating content that will stand out on social media is no easy task, which is why we decided to employ non-standard formats, using developing posts, animations and interactions with the audience.
SoMe users see hundreds of sponsored posts each day, so a unified and aesthetically pleasing look and feel for communications is essential. The current style is so recognizable that viewers associate it with Work Service even in posts without the logo.
In the context of content, we have combined a light, unobtrusive style with interesting market and consumer insights. We’ve then added a little knowledge and entertainment, in order to bring some spice and life to the profile.
We also run a separate profile for residents of Ukraine who are interested in working in Poland. We build the image of Work Service and educate on the formalities and realities of working in various industries. The effect? A dynamic, useful and extremely popular profile.
The statistics tell the story of how we have transformed Work Service’s social media. We’ve increased engagement by nearly seven times and doubled the reach of posts in comparison to their previous in-house work on the profile.
