Nexocode is an innovative technology company introducing solutions based on artificial intelligence, which operates in a turquoise organization model according to principles such as accountability, communication, motivation and engagement. From 2019 to 2022 we provided comprehensive marketing services for nexocode, including social media channels.
We like challenges and we like to move with the times. Servicing such an innovative brand, both in the area of delivered products and organizational culture, was therefore an ideal challenge for us. In this case, handling the brand’s social media channels was the final point of a complex strategic and creative process. We started with strategy; developing the brand positioning, defining its essence, promise and personality (70% sage, 30% wizard).
The next step was to create a completely new communication platform under the slogan “Challenge accepted!”. The catchy claim emphasizes the readiness for challenges, as well as the bold and confident nature of the brand.
We also created a new logotype and visual identity for nexocode. In the area of visual language, we took the path of evolution. Together with the client, we decided to continue the previously developed aesthetics and color code. However, we refreshed this approach. Both on the website and in social media, we decided on distinctive, original graphics and increased the number of animations. We managed to achieve a modern and coherent whole. We wanted the communication style to be expressive, feisty, yet professional and expert.
The next step was to develop a social media strategy, including the analysis of existing activities, and a media plan. After a thorough analysis of business objectives and budget, we decided to focus our activities on Facebook and Instagram – with a perspective to expand our services to Twitter in the coming years.
In our ongoing communication, we focus on creating valuable, but also surprising and creative content, taking into account the preferences of a very specific target group, such as programmers and businessmen. The categories we develop on our profiles are diverse. In addition to knowledge posts, based on specialized terminology and referring to the nexocode blog there are also posts about the life of the organization – related to current events in the company, training or recruitment. A constant element is also content created based on our social selling strategy.
Nexocode is a turquoise organization, based on a flat management model and self-organizing teams. In other words – it’s a “people-centric” company. Anyway, this is how, with a bit of humor, we called it in the employer branding campaign we conducted in 2021. Or maybe we should say employee branding – because nexocode employees appeared in the center of creation. And they became the heroes of a funny animation in a collage style, telling about the values and model of the company. “People-centric” is also reflected in the social selling strategy, which we have developed and consistently implement.
In building the nexocode brand, we are supported by the personal brands of the experts employed by the company and who are its greatest asset. They are the ones we have made its ambassadors and advocates. While the task of ambassadors is to share their knowledge and experience in official channels, the task of advocates is to widely “buzz” the content: commenting, sharing, tagging and hashtagging. In addition, we have chosen the figure of Program Coordinator, who is responsible for motivating the team and controlling the work. Of course, the effectiveness of the social selling strategy is largely due to the strength of the nexocode team, in which communication, cooperation and commitment are realities, not empty slogans. However, for additional support, we introduced an additional element, in the form of gamification.
We also support the brand on a substantive level. We conducted workshops on B2B communication, with reference to the specifics of the IT industry, as well as on the possibilities of using the LinkedIn platform in business building.
