Introducing a new visual identity, creating materials for a customer kit, and creating the “Let’s share positive energy” campaign are just some of the results of our long-standing co-operation with one of the world’s largest energy firms.
Fortum is one of the world’s largest heat producers, improving the lives of current and future generations through ecologically friendly energy. Fortum produces energy and heat in combined energy power plants in countries including Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Poland, as well as owning heat networks.
As a starting point, we used the Fortum communication platform, which worked well in Scandinavia. We adapted it to the needs of the local market in a creative way. A clear, modern was vital to ensure that communications could remain consistent across a range of platforms.
Flyers and folders are an essential part of Fortum’s brand communication, serving as an effective way to directly get messages to clients. We realized that these are often the only change the brand gets to make a good first impression, so we took great care with every stage of the process, from the creative concept and clear messaging to high-quality printing and distribution of the prepared materials.
Our work with Fortum confirms that we are a solid and trusted business partner. We make sure that the materials we produce are made to the highest quality, are fit for purpose, and are delivered on time. These same standards apply to any other brand materials—annual tariff overviews, presentations, documents, segregators, cards, and welcome packs.
Bags, bottles, pens, cases, and lanyards are just some of the promotional gadgets we propose, design, and produce for Fortum. Our priority is to strengthen the brand image and satisfy demanding customers with high quality swag.
We arranged the Fortum customer service office in Wroclaw. We prepared the design, created a logo, and chose the furniture for a location that needs to fulfil its functional purpose while leaving a positive impression on customers. We then worked with trusted partners who we know could deliver the project at the quality we required.
Fortum also uses outdoor advertising to communicate with its clients. When the new Nova Sołtysowicka investment was opened in Wrocław, we were tasked with informing clients that the investor’s choice to connect to the Fortum heat network guarantees the most comfortable and ecological solution for any building.
We identified what may be the greatest value to Fortum—a rise in awareness about environmental issues and the common effort to limit emissions of carbon dioxide. We proposed that our message announcing that the Nova Sołtysowicka had joined the Fortum network should say that, in doing so, they had also joined in the battle against smog.
We also focused on positive emotions when preparing a communication platform. The task was to bring Fortum closer to customers and we fulfilled the brief using world play. “Sharing positive energy” brought some warmth to the company’s image while signaling that Fortum is dedicated to producing environmentally friendly energy.
We organize events for Fortum clients and employees too. Locations such as Fabryka Wełny Pabianice, Osada Ścieżka or a hotel in Szczyrek are attractions in themselves. Our events then show the brand as an expert which is willing and able to share its experience with others to reach common goals.
A great way to make a party a success is to engage people by creating a theme. At our Cuban Night, participants were able to learn drumming, try salsa with instructors from the Torres school, and even roll their own cigars. We topped the evening off with a concert from José Torres.
