For more than 20 years, the EFL Group has been part of one of the world’s largest financial institutions – Crédit Agricole. In January 2023, the brands decided to further emphasise their integrity. We adapted the new Credit Agricole Group communication platform in Poland for all EFL Group companies in all communication channels used by these entities.
The partnership with Crédit Agricole guarantees the EFL Group the possibility of continuous development, the security of cooperation and a wide range of products. All these advantages, which we wanted to highlight, became the protagonists of our new claim and of EFL’s refreshed communication.
Sometimes change can be unsettling. That is why, in our rebranding communication, we emphasised that, apart from the logo, the colour scheme and the style of the materials, nothing is really changing. Customers are still dealing with the leasing they have known for more than 30 years – proven, flexible, secure and well advised.
All the materials had to be refreshed. And it is important to remember that the EFL Group is not just about leasing. It is also Carefleet car rental, insurance and loans from EFL Finance, factoring from Eurofactor and Truck Care, i.e. commercial vehicle rental. So there was a lot going on!
We had a lot of work to do, but the task was made easier by our excellent knowledge of EFL. We have been working together since 2017, when we launched the “It will work!” platform. It was a breath of fresh air, brought positive energy and built EFL’s image advantage. In short – it worked! So we took on this new challenge with the same enthusiasm.
We produced new print materials, including posters, flyers, folders and traditional letters. At the same time, new digital materials were created, including videos, email blasts and banners. Internal communications also received a facelift, as did the graphics EFL uses on social media.
But to say we only designed social media templates is to say nothing at all. We also created and implemented a new communications strategy and proposed entirely new categories of posts. We now manage not only EFL’s Facebook, but also LinkedIn and Twitter.
It has been a great source of pride and satisfaction for us to be part of such an important and historic moment for the entire EFL Group. We hope you have enjoyed the new EFL! And we look forward to many more exciting projects.
