Full-scope creative services, strategic support, event planning, and social media work. These are just some of the activities we have undertaken for the region’s largest outlet center – Wrocław Fashion Outlet.
Factory Outlet Wrocław rebranded to become Wrocław Fashion Outlet in March 2017. The biggest fashion center in south-west Poland turned to us for help with this vital change of identity.
Our task was to help with the process of positioning the outlet and creating distinctive communications. We focused on two brand highlights—fashion with a capital F, and continuous discounts of up to 70%.
Our creative concept was based on positive, dynamic words which was a reaction to be introduction of the Via Outlets chain in Wrocław. Monumental letters are scattered around a model in the designs.
One important factor when working with Wrocław Fashion Outlet is the preparation of themed events which will stay long in the memory of the attendees and build lasting client relationships.
We always try to create attractions that will engage customers, provide them with unforgettable experiences, and allow them to learn something new. So far, we have proposed, among others, multi-subject workshops for children, a sales competition with a balloon flight as the first prize, and a relaxation zone at the New Horizons International Film Festival.
We also create outdoor materials as part of our work — on billboards and city lights — which have helped the whole of Lower Silesia to find out about Wrocław Fashion Outlet’s rich offers and continuous sales.
We work outside the templates. During ‘Destination Denim’, we prepared an art exhibition which used jeans as the blank canvas. We then presented the inspiring clothing in ‘before’ and ‘after’ states.
Posters and flyers are an important element of the Wrocław Fashion Outlet communication strategy. Whether we are promoting a themed event or the biggest discounts in the region, we focus on creating a clear message and a modern design.
Wrocław Fashion Outlet has trusted us to run their social media sites. We have created attractive content on Facebook and Instagram. We have worked with influencers, run competitions, and managed promotional budgets for which we then measured and reported upon the results.
Seasonal sales are important events in the Wrocław Fashion Outlet calendar. Discounts can reach up to 80% and it is one of those moments where we need to promote the offers with unified, integrated activities across outdoor, print, radio, and social and digital media.
Wrocław Fashion Outlet adopted a new creative line in the spring, to be coherent with other Via Outlets centers. We’ve risen to the challenge of adapting that branding to the specific needs and expectations of the local clientele.
